All templates are editable Microsoft Word (.docx) and Excel (.xlsx) files. Open in Word, Google Docs, or LibreOffice.

Do I pay VAT?

EU businesses with a valid VAT number pay 0% VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism (Article 196, Directive 2006/112/EC). Your invoice will carry the required reverse-charge notation. VAT is calculated at checkout once you enter your billing country and VATIN.

Can I get a formal invoice with company name and VAT number?

Yes. Enter your company details at checkout. Your invoice is generated automatically and emailed immediately after payment, with all fields required for EU business purchases.

How many clients or entities does the license cover?

Each Enterprise License covers up to 5 client organisations OR up to 5 legal entities in a corporate group (sharing 50%+ common ownership). You deliver completed documents to clients; raw templates stay within your firm. If you need to cover more than 5 organisations, contact us for a custom quote.

What happens when the NIS2 regulations are updated?

Enterprise license holders receive all template updates at no additional charge, announced by email.
