The company behind the templates
Every document you buy here is published by ZILIO Marzena Rewers, a Polish sole proprietorship and the legal entity you will see on your EU VAT invoice and on your card statement — so the shop you buy from and the business you pay are one and the same. Marzena Rewers is the publisher behind the library; the documents are professional working templates, produced and maintained in-house, not resold third-party boilerplate.

Our update-or-add pledge
These are digital downloads, so the right of withdrawal is waived at checkout under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m). To stand behind the work anyway, every purchase carries a 30-day update-or-add pledge: if a template needs adapting to your compliance environment — or your implementation calls for a document outside the standard scope — email us within 30 days and we will update it, or add it. You keep everything either way.
